Assessments and Reports

Assessment length depends on the age of the child and will  typically take around 2 hours. Assessments will cover:

• Maths

• English comprehension

• English writing

• English grammar, vocabulary and spelling

• Verbal Reasoning 

• Non-Verbal Reasoning

• A 'chat' with your child to gauge interests, verbal English skills and potential interview skills

Other subjects can be assessed at a later date if required for a specific school, eg. Science

On completion, a comprehensive report will be compiled and sent to parents/guardians. The report will cover:

- test scores and how these relate to school requirements and peers

- strengths and weaknesses in each subject area

- a list of learning recommendations if required

- a list of suggested schools (if required) that we match to your child's current ability and attainment, predicted future ability and attainment, and interests/talents
